1 - Bolo do caco
An icon of Madeiran cuisine, originating from the island of Porto Santo. Bolo do caco is a soft bread, baked on a hot stone, traditionally served with garlic butter. It goes perfectly with various meat and fish dishes.
2 - Espetada
